Imperfect action. You’ll learn how to be content with doing the best you can. So, you can free up yourself to enjoy life more.
You never felt quite good enough. You always could stand to do better. We’ll kick this habit right in the butt. Learn to believe that you are enough and fully capable of working and being a mom without having to question your every decision. We’ll tackle what’s going on in your head with these limiting beliefs and behaviors, why they’re flawed, and what to do about them.
Stop people-pleasing and start living without guilt, shame or blame. Being nice doesn’t come from a place of goodness and virtue, instead, it comes from a place of fear and needing approval from others.

Organize your day so you have time to get enough sleep, exercise, and creative time daily while still doctor mommying.
Setting Healthy Boundaries
Learn tools and strategies to recognize your boundaries and when they have been violated. You will discover how to speak for yourself, say no, asks for what you desire, and take care of yourself without guilt and anxiety.
Live life on your own terms
Shed the old patterns that don’t serve you anymore so you can reclaim who you really are. You will decide what’s right for you, how you want to live and determine your own rules.
