Is this a question you ask yourself constantly?

What is the right way?

Could your way be the right way- maybe?

The reason you find yourself full of self-doubt is because you just wanna do it right.

You’ve done it right your whole life, or at least tried to.

But, trying to do it right has left you not doing anything at all sometimes…….or even overdoing.

My house has to look clean and organized.

My kids have to do well at school.

My husband should be happy with all that I do.

My in-laws and parents should approve of me.

I should exercise and be thin.

What if none of it was true?

What if there was no “right” way?

Your way is the right way.

I find myself spinning with all the possible options when I think there’s a perfect way to do something.

It may be as simple as planning our next vacation, buying a piece of furniture, or investing in me.

Coaching has taught me to let go of the “perfect” options and accept the “perfect for now” choice.

This has allowed me so much freedom.

It’s ok if I change my mind later.

It’s ok if not everyone is happy.

At least I tried and made a decision.

Moment is movement.

Spinning just takes up your time and energy.

My clients come to me with not knowing what to do and leave with confidence in whatever they decide. Not because I told them the “right” answer but instead I taught them to believe in themselves.

It’s a new concept for most. …….especially if you grew up in an Asian home where perfection was idolized. Making a mistake was looked down upon. And any one decision could take you down a very bad path.

That’s not true nor helpful.

Ready to stop overthinking and spinning looking for the perfect answers.

Freeing your mind will create so much space for you.

Pic of my afternoon stroll today. Break I needed from my computer coaching since 6am. Nothing better than some ☀️ and fresh air.
