How often do you stop and prune your own life and relationships?

Dr. Payal Patel Ghayal is Certified Life and Parent Coach for women physicians and an Integrative Pediatrician. She helps women to start advocating for themselves, and experience greater fulfillment and happiness.

Spent some time in my garden today pruning my tomato plants.

I told the kids we were all doing some quiet time, they read and played and I went to my happy place.

Pruning one of my four 🍅🪴 made me think about how important it is to pause and declutter every so often

Only after clearing the dying plants could I see the tiny green tomato’s

The inner parts were dying because they couldn’t get the appropriate ☀️

Now my garden will do even better after a little pruning and even sacrificing some of the good parts

All of this can be true of our own lives

How often do you stop and prune your own life and relationships?

Both physical and mental spaces need decluttering so the ☀️ can shine on what lies beneath

Ready to declutter and prune your life?

I’d love to help you 💜
