On Sundays I usually rest and run errands but as I get older I’ve made some observations about myself.

After I hit 40-

➡️ keeping in shape takes a little more effort

➡️getting “off track” is no longer …. No big deal

➡️ I have to be more mindful of what I eat and more importantly how much of it I eat

➡️ skipping workouts is not great because it takes longer to bounce back

➡️ I need a variety of workouts with lots of stretching

I will keep moving as long as I can because I choose ME, I choose health.

I no longer say- there’s no time.

There’s always time, even 10 min a day.

Time management is a big topic with my coaching clients.
