On Sundays I usually rest and run errands but as I get older I’ve made some observations about myself.
After I hit 40-
keeping in shape takes a little more effort
I have to be more mindful of what I eat and more importantly how much of it I eat
skipping workouts is not great because it takes longer to bounce back
I need a variety of workouts with lots of stretching
I will keep moving as long as I can because I choose ME, I choose health.
I no longer say- there’s no time.
There’s always time, even 10 min a day.
Time management is a big topic with my coaching clients.
