When I’m working all day on a computer, sometimes I just need a quick nap.
My eyes get tired and I don’t always pay attention to my screen exhaustion.
I tell myself I’m wasting time even if know my body needs a little rest.
There you go, I’m not so good at listening to my body.
A few of you reached out to me last week after I wrote my post about feeling shame that I believed I had to have all my ducks in a row before going to my coach. They believed the same before coming to me for help. Sorry about that!
Well, in May I’m going to keep showing you my messy parts. It’s good to see that we’re all in it together.
None of us has to have our stuff together before going to our coach.
Please don’t think that you need to be put together EVER before asking for help. Instead, it’s the best time to ask.
I took a nap on my chair outside and it was marvelous.
Don’t wait to reach out if you are struggling. The best time is NOW when you feel like a mess. It’s my job to organize your thoughts, not yours
