I didn’t want to go to spin outdoors in 40 degree weather today.
It’s so easy to make excuses.
Last week when I started the to drop kids off, I realized my battery was dead.
My first thought……. How will I get to spin?
This has been a major shift in ME.
Old me would have thought it was selfish that I even considered my plans when there was a family “crisis”
Maybe people did think that when I told them.
But it doesn’t matter what they think.
It matters what I think.
I matter even if my to-do list isn’t done
I matter even if my charts aren’t done
I matter even if my house is a mess
I matter
I find my clients have a ton of awesome excuses for why they can’t do all the STUFF
Does this resonate??
There’s no time
I’m too exhausted
So many other things I need to do first
My kids need me
Nothing is going to change
I’m stuck
What if you could think and still do what makes you feel joyful, loved and full of purpose.
Stop making excuses and start believing you matter.
I am the perfect person to help you because I was you.
I can help you see your blind spots because you can’t see them.
I understand why you tell yourself all the EXCUSES because I’ve said the same.
