Mine is like an Asian tiger mom. But interestingly I don’t use that voice with others, only with myself. I didn’t realize that until I got coached today and initially I wanted to judge myself for even doing that.
But isn’t that fascinating? Despite the work I’ve done on this journey, there’s still no “arrived”. We are always learning and growing. This is exactly what I end up helping my clients with on a daily basis. I was fascinated with how creepy our thoughts can be but we can re-parent ourselves to do different.
Do you find yourself being extra harsh, judgy and critical of yourself? If so, you’re not alone. You probably learned it as a child and it was helpful until it wasn’t. But it’s no longer helpful now that you are using it against yourself.
What’s even more fascinating is you probably don’t use it with your own children or loved ones. So why do you use it with YOU?
As a life coach I help many women of color explore their inner voice with love. We can be curious about where it came from and how it served it’s purpose but is no longer welcome.
I have so much gratitude that I get to help my people get freedom on the inside. When you work on the way you think, you can enjoy all the things around you.
That’s the big secret, now you have it!
But how do you get there?? Reach out and we can chat.
It doesn’t happen overnight and we are all work in progress, but at least it’s one step closer.
It was my privilege to help you on this journey as my coaches have helped me. If you have any questions or are curious please feel free to reach out.
Don’t forget that you have a 60 minute free consultation where you can ask all the questions.
We will see if this is a good fit and I will walk alongside you while you transform your life. Having a free mind is priceless!
